Well, I don't really eat much ice cream anymore. I substituted with whipped cream, frozen whipped cream. Occasionally I have that if I want something cold and creamy. Which is the taste pretty good. I've actually enjoyed it. So it's much cheaper than ice cream. It's like only $1. Whipped cream will go through the freezer and make sure it's nice and hard. You scoop out and put on a bottle and voila. So that's what I use most times. But what my grandfather first ice cream I ever had was on I was like five or six years old. He was in my grandfather's house and they made ice cream. The old fashioned, you know, big old wood tub and metal cylinder in the middle and we put all kinds of ice around and soft and got the mixture inside and crank it down. And my grandfather had me crank that son of a gun for like 45 minutes. Pretty worn out, especially when it started getting really hard. I mean, this thing made like two gallons at a time. So it was quite a bit. And I just that's what I liked. That's what I always wanted. And so I didn't really eat that much ice cream. And I bought myself an ice cream maker and once or twice a year, we'll get her out and we will make soft serve vanilla ice cream and we put toppings out on the table. M&Ms, peanuts, chocolate chips, you know, that kind of thing, sprinkles. And you just put it in the bowl and it won't let you on it. And yum yum. Like I said, it's a really good like once or twice a year. In fact, this year, we have not done it at all. We'll reset. And I was just thinking about it. I haven't even done it for my grandson yet. He's right at five years old. So I'm thinking maybe I need to go buy one of them hand-pranked ones instead of electric one I have so he could have the same experience I did when I was a lad. So yeah, that's that's what I like about ice cream. Got something else on my mind though. I have some some news the other day. My copy, which I won't say what it is. They are having a little bit of a difficult time. And we're in sections, there's manufacturing and transportation. Transportation side for all these years has been meant to help the customer as best as they can get the product to them as fast as they can, you know, just in time to actually deliver it anywhere in the country. So if the customer orders something as long as it's not back delivered, we can have it anywhere in the country and 48 hours. That's what I've been a part of for the last 34 years. Reset.
