fifty acres a hundred acres something like that it's a lot anyway it's a big chunk of land and all his neighbors are in the same situation they didn't want these massive power lines running or area you know their land they moved to west virginia for the peace of the quiet in and then they were talking about this massive data center that was going to be built in virginia and you know all good virginia can have what they want but they weren't happening in west virginia have all these big massive feeder lines running through the properties because not only is the wires and the noise and all that make every tower every post six sixty feet or six hundred feet of area cleared around the base of the tower so they were at these massive spots of their land that would have had to been clear cut and a lot of them to put in these towers for the feeder lines so they went to some meetings that were held and i think i think i got canceled the power line part of it anyway
