Alright, I found a good substitute for ice cream and it isn't Dover. Some people would probably not like it, maybe find it even gross. But Jell-O Pudding, I get the no sugar, sugar-free variety. And if you get the vanilla flavor and you cook rice and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, you can make rice pudding. There's a lot of things you can put that in. Sometimes I'll take one of their sugar-free Jell-O Pudding flavors and I'll get rice cakes and then I'll break them up real small and mix it together. That makes a nice treat. It's not like heavy ice cream. It's a lot lighter and you can have more of it, or at least I can have more of it and I can't wait because of it. And let's see, some of the other ways I've used it. Somebody might find it interesting. Oh yeah, I get like baker's chocolate and crumble it up like half an ounce. It goes a long way when it's all crumbled up. Dark chocolate, no sugar, dark chocolate. Maybe add a little artificial sweetener to sweeten it up a little bit. And I find that a really good substitute for ice cream. And I could even chunk a spoonful of yogurt in with it to bulk it up. I know people make pie fillings out of that and everything. So I could have pie filling without the crust that way if I mix it real thick. So I've been doing a lot of things with Jell-O Pudding lately as a dessert and I've been enjoying it. I really like it. And it's not really expensive. I think for three servings it's only like $1.79.
