Thank you Russell, good morning to you, Peter, Kevin, Steve, Ron, Dean and Josh. There you go. And Grey, we know Grey's out there in the background. Because he wanted to know what kind of ice cream is your favorite. But, got to love text to speech. But ice cream, I do like ice cream. I like, you know it's hard to pick any one particular flavor. Usually it's coffee ice cream, you know, Haagen Dazs coffee ice cream. But I like Tomoko almond fudge, which is kind of like a coffee ice cream with fudge in it. And I think some kind of nut. But another flavor I really like is mint chocolate chip. So those are my go to's. There was a place up in, I think it was Lathrop, California. And they had this rolled ice cream where they poured the cream onto a cold surface. And then made a thin layer of it. And then as it froze up, you know, they'd get in there with like a spatula, not a spatula, but a, what the heck. It's metal and just flat. Yeah, you just kind of get the meat of it. But, you know, they would scrape it up. And they would, you know, it'd be, when they scraped it, you know, they would start it rolling. And then they'd make these little rolls and stick it in a cup. And that was really good. I like that. I don't think I've had the nitrogen one. I did have these, they were kind of like Trix, you know, the cereal. But the balls were, you know, big. Like marble size. And then they put nitrogen in the cup. And then you, you know, ate the balls, the Trix balls cold, ice cold. You know, and you would chomp down on it. And it would, you would get this, the coldness would come out of your mouth. It looked like you were smoking. I did a video of it. I'll have to post it. Let me grab one here real quick.
