This is a directed social net which happens on the Whiskey Whiskey 7 PSR 2 meter FM repeater which is located on Capitol Hill in Seattle and operated by the Puget Sound Repeater Group. The repeater operates at a frequency of 146.96 with a negative offset and the PL to own of 103.5. All licensed HAMS and new licensees getting started are welcome to join in.
