I never lived in a house alone. When I was a kid I lived with my parents, when I was married I lived with my wife, and then I got on my own. I got rid of the house. I like to keep it, but now I live alone in a little condo. That's all you need is a little space. All I need is maybe one room to sleep in and a hobby room to put my radios in and that's it. I don't need a house to be honest. Besides, there's a lot of work. When I had a house in Connecticut, I had a two-car garage, I had a moto lawn every week, I had a big driveway that needed the shoveling snow and the snow blower and all that crap that comes with having a house. All the headaches, you don't have that. All those headaches go away. You don't have to worry about the air conditioner breaking and all that other stuff that you go through having a house.
