What I think would suit you good would be a condo, to be honest. Just what I did, you know, you can't hang on to the house for longer and you don't want to really rely on landlords or anything. Just buy a condo. That will keep you off. You don't have to really do anything. They usually take care of everything. Of course, there's a condo fee of a couple hundred dollars, but sometimes it's worth it, paying the two hundred dollars and not have to worry about the roof leaking or anything.
