Good afternoon, Jack. It's nice to see you. It's been a cool day today. I'm enjoying it being a little bit cooler. It's definitely hazy. I've been watching the AQI since this morning. I've been watching the AQI since this morning. It was in the low 20s and over the last few hours it's climbed up a little bit. It's in the mid to high 20s. It looks like maybe a little bit of that smoke is coming our way. I was looking at the ones down for Dave's house down in Brianville. I've been elevated to their closing in close to 200. I know he's probably got some smoke in the air down there. I really feel for the folks out in Spokane area it's really tragic. I really feel bad about that.
