Yep, I've had a cap with a few times. So anyway, interesting to see what you were saying to you about just changes in laws and rules and so forth, and certain hot localities with regard to heat. Yeah, when you talk about that in more detail, I'd certainly be interested to hear what you say, because I just get to be an issue in more and more places. So it'd be interesting to hear what's up and how that fits in with everything else. So yeah, anyway Steve, thank you so much for checking in and for all you do for the net. Yeah, oh, I know what I was the other thing I was going to say. I'm wondering if maybe, you know, I had that incident about a month, a little over a month ago, too, and I just had an email in about three hours before the net, but still nobody saw it.
