Hey, J5 IRQ. This is KC2, PKG. It's fascinating. And that is an old corporate standard. If you're considering someone for a position, you give them all the responsibility and none of the authority. And you let them do it for six months. And if it works out, then, you know, they get whatever it comes with that decision. And it's important, especially when somebody's taking on more of a controlling role, a management role, you might think of this, that you've got an older hand looking over their shoulder the whole time. But rather than just throwing them the whole ball of wax, it used to make me crazy that I would also get all this responsibility and then no authority for decision making. I just had to do all the grunt work. But I got older and I started to see the wisdom in that. KM4, QBC.
