Okie dokie. Hope everybody's having a good day today. This is GrocyW7DNG. Looks nice out today. Today I decided I better get my grocery list. I was looking out and I ate my last meal last night, so I better go get some more food. Gonna cut down on some of the other stuff. I need to get some wheat bread according to my doctor. So that, get some veggies according to my doctor. You know, I think I'm just gonna eat what I want to eat, live the way I want to live and have a good day. Sometimes I think doctors just like to make us come into their office and spend $400 for them to say, Why you looking good? Anyhow, everybody have a good day. Better tomorrow.
