I've tried it, never used that one before. But anyways, my point is that I spent only $700 for the radio and the battery in the case. But better than 10 of I bought brands back in the new with $1,000, I got lucky you got it for 500 the whole setup, it's a great antenna. But it just goes to show you, man, you need a good antenna. Could have done vertical, or I'm sorry, it could have done a end wave halfway, you know, but then I got to get up and throw the lines into trees and everything else. Not that the antenna was really cheap, but it's still good antenna, but this one I've been really happy with. But now I'm set up and ready to go. Got everything plugged in except one last thing. Not for, that is the antenna.
