When I lost Shelley, I lost a big support system. She understood what I go through because she went through the same thing. It's very complicated. If I yawn, I have to make sure that I'm sitting down or it'll hurt like hell. It'll hurt from the calves if I stand yawning. That's one thing of it. If I stretch, I have to not, I have to be very careful or I'll lock up my calves and it hurts like hell and the only way to fix it is to stand. So yawning, sneezing, laughing, coughing are all issues because it sets off excruciating pain in my calves. Shelley understands that because it happened to her. So she used to let me lean on her and she used to let me use her support cane. I'm gonna have to get a support cane like she had and crutches. My calves,
