M0BF, this is Casey 2PKG, yeah, you know, doing something useful apparently is one of the three factors that keeps you younger longer, lets you live longer. So I was just reading an article about that in the Times, I have to keep looking at it, but they're doing more and more research on longevity and what makes it and purpose is a big one. So speaking joy is a big one and there's a new one that they found out, or they think they found out, which is something psychological and I have not read the whole article so I'm sorry I brought it up.
