There's awesome, absolutely awesome. It's the same way up around here to a certain extent. We've all got this app called Next Door. It's a neighbors app. It's kind of like social media, but not Facebook. And you put the app on your phone and it uses the GPS and narrows in your location for which neighborhood you're in. And then it localizes messages to all the people in that same neighborhood. And a lot of my neighbors are on there. And if I were to put, if I needed to put a message out there that I wanted most people in the neighborhood to get, it would be on there. And it's great that people still to a certain extent, you know, keep in contact these days. I just really love it. You know, it makes you feel like you're living in a good spot.
