Couple of radios each every so I wouldn't mind having and that's the iCom 705 or the yay Zu H 50 or 817 I think it is one of those QRP Outfits that you can put the big battery on the back of it and just get out in the field There's places man that I go around here where it would be crazy cool to set up a HF station like portable And like some like mountain peaks So like that around here I can imagine what kind of signal I could blast into the states and the UK From here it would just be absolutely crazy The reception I bet I could get all up and down the east coast down into the Caribbean Probably pretty easy from here. I mean it's all water In between us and all of that stuff. There's no land at all It's only the curvature of the earth you got to worry about and some people would have you believe that doesn't matter But what have you believe that doesn't even exist so It is what it is, but yeah even reception from one of those places would be would be insane like I Don't know if you can get like a good portable receiver That would do the same thing You know just just pull in the signals that a good HF rig can do Set something like that up on top of a big hill You know when I'm out on the bike or something like that something small you can just tuck into like the trunk of the bike because I've got like storage compartment on the back that can hold like some Radios and boxes and stuff like that.
