When I think of BC, that's one of the most expensive places in Canada. One time everybody was heading there, running there, and you know, you've got to really have a plan when you get there. That's why probably everybody ended up not doing well. But that's a beautiful place. It looks like a great place. It would be nice if we had some of these pipelines. It would be nice if Mark would get his button gear and start building some of these pipelines and pumping some of this oil out of the ground. And lower our taxes a little bit, you know. I always hear this big morale about this city being cheaper and that city being more expensive and this place being expensive. Really, you just have to get some cash together. I mean, it's like, it's tough to be in this world. It's kind of like, everywhere you go, you're going to run into that. You know, it's like, get some cash together or don't exist. I don't think one place is better than another and other places better than another. You're a product of your environment. Most people are at the places they're at because of their parents. You hear that, oh, everybody's getting out of... You hear that, right? People migrating, like saying, there's a migration, everybody's leaving California, go somewhere else. But then a lot of times if you go somewhere else, you're going to run into similar hurdles. So it's basically, it's really like, get some cash together or go rob somebody. I mean, everywhere is tough. I don't think there's one place, like some kind of cheap utopia that people dream about. I don't think it's going to happen.
