All right, well it sounds like it has a lot of different things involved, not necessarily all radio bucks, so maybe you can kind of like slide some off to make it sound a little better or slide some back in to really impress us, but I think I'm duly impressed. It's great because you know you get a chance to really put your heart and soul into it and design and think really hard about it and where does power go, how much power do I need, where are the outlets, where is the satellite dish, whatever I'm using, whatever I'm going to put in here. The wife had a second single shot, a little under the weather, so we're not doing anything right about now. Yesterday was pickleball day. Everyone says I was doing well, but I lost every game, so I don't know what to think about that. And you know, that's interesting. Brooks said he had a popcorn ceiling in his office. I sure hope it didn't have any asbestos in there. They say you've got to test that every time you want to remove it, to be sure. It would be interesting to know. I sure hope he did. And yeah, that revamp's really nice. I need to take a new picture of my station and put it up on my QRC. I have a nice little shelf I built now, and it would be nice to show that. Update all my program pictures. They're all obsolete. They've really, really changed my program. So you guys are making me think I need to update my QRC. That's it from me. Back to you, Jack.
