WQ 7HM, James, good afternoon everyone. I have sunshine and filtered blue skies. I guess blue skies filtered sunshine. 72 degrees on my deck. How about very pleasant day? Very, very pleasant day. I had a lovely bowl of lentil soup, not homemade. Rebecca, she squeezed it out of me. No she didn't. She was nice. But I do have lentils to make a soup, but no. It was just Progresso. It was on sale. What can I say? And an avocado. It was yummy. Avocado and lentil soup for breakfast. Lunch. It was good. Warmed me up. Two cups of coffee. Yum, yum, yum. Jack, to answer your question, the radio that we all hope is actually live, not a model, not an acrylic mock-up, is the Kenwood TM-750A. TM-D750A. The US North American model will be a tri-band. Mobile transceiver. The rest of the world will be a tri-band. Although the United Kingdom will probably, probably, they're very special. I don't know. Actually I should find out. They get the 70cm band. Is that right? Yeah. So they get 2m and 70cm and what is it? What else do they get? 2m and something else. They don't get, but they get. Oh God, now I can't remember what it is. It's just up from 2m. Anyway, they'll probably get that in lieu of something else. Not 220, but something else. There's another band they get and I suspect that they're in Region 1? Yeah, they're in Region 1. So they'll probably get that instead of 220. If that counts as a tri-band radio or not. But like, there it is. So that's the deal. Ray from MiCom said that he will be doing a live stream with someone Saturday morning at 10am Tokyo time. I don't know. It's probably not with NHK. This is the Overseas Broadcasting Service of NHK. I used to listen to that all the time. Which turns out to be Friday evening our time. I'm not sure how the times actually break down. But perhaps I'll keep an eye ball cast upon the ham radio crash course. And Josh, he might be involved. Maybe. I'm not sure. But anyway, Friday evening is, you know, you move the clock and it turns out that that's pretty close to 10am Tokyo, Osaka time. And Ray Novak of iCom is supposed to be doing, allegedly, doing a live stream. So there might be, maybe some special announcement from iCom. And there you go. That's what I know. Which is not a lot. Break.
