Good afternoon, Jack. Yeah, sorry to hear about JR's arm. I hope that gets well quickly. Must have been from trying to chop through a whole bunch of bricks with his hand. You know, then he tripped and fell and hurt himself. I don't know. Yeah, sitting here just getting going here. It's sunny out here in the Bay Area. 73 degrees out there. Saw the squirrels out there and run around being all perky. Got to put some nuts and peanuts out there, some more for them. Yeah, not much more to report here. Pretty quiet. And I'm going to do some domestic stuff around here today and clean up the kitchen and kind of took care of a few other things, hit the mail. Real exciting day there.
