Tracy, good afternoon to you. How are you? Hi Jack, I'm doing pretty good here in Kent. Just enjoying retirement actually. I'm just sitting here in front of my computer and listening to the radio and getting ready to deal with a next door neighbor whose daughter just got married. And their tradition is of course to celebrate for the next three days, which means they're going to have hundreds of cars in our small cul-de-sac and hopefully not blocking my driveway. But if last time they did this was any evidence, I'm probably going to have a little hard time getting out of my own house for a couple days. Anyway, yeah, just enjoying the weather, dealing with some arthritic pain. It's a little tough to get moving these days, but other than that, getting ready to play around the golf on Thursday for the first time in two months because of the pain. But we'll see how that goes.
