Well it keeps me on course so I don't get too comfortable, too comfortable with being like you know lazy, laying around in bed, playing you know with the headphones and just being as lazy as can be. So yeah I'm gonna, it keeps me like to where I don't do that right every few days I gotta check in and then I gotta take you know after I cash my check I gotta take the money that I have and figure out logical things to do with it and you can't just do that sitting up in bed. So it keeps that in the perspective for me otherwise shoot every day would be Sunday or whatever right so a month of Sunday.
