Hey, good morning, Bill and Annette. I figured I'd hop in here and help you out with the dry time. Hi, hi. Yeah, I was up at five o'clock this morning, still dark, did all the prep work. I had to yank the pole pump out again. And this time I had to tear it completely down. This is a two horsepower pump. It's a big dog. It weighs about 30 pounds. Anyway, I had to tear it all down just to replace the shaft seal. You think they'd make that easier, but you've got to rip the whole thing apart. You spend more time tearing it apart and putting it back together than you do taking it out. But anyway, keep your fingers crossed, no more leak. And I'm looking at the shaft seal. These are really exotic, weird seals. It's like ceramic on some kind of high-tech carbon. And they have to be wet, and they run against each other, and it seals the shaft somehow. I don't know. But the pool dealer wanted 20 bucks for one, for that particular one, and I got the exact same three of them for 15 bucks on Amazon. God bless them. Hi, hi. So I got some spares. And right now it's not leaking. It's running fine. It's nice and quiet. So we're real happy about that. And I'm just in here cooling off because I'm soaking wet from sweating and drinking lots of water at the moment there, Bill. Currently it's about 90 degrees. The dew point's about 56, so it's a little buggy out there. But we have a cloud cover, so that made it really super nice. Anyway, back to you, Bill. Thanks. N5AQM, Mike and Chandler.
