I was just thinking about that bacon, bacon, lettuce, and tomato BLT sandwich and threw that at the officer. That could actually have a heavier charge and the reason for that is is that when you make a BLT you have got to stick a couple of toothpicks in it to keep it together, right? And you throw a BLT without toothpicks in it, it's just going to fall apart. It's never going to make it that at the officer at all. So you put the toothpicks in and you throw it at him and even though he has a Kevlar vest on and helmet, ride gear and everything else, that toothpick could possibly break skin and then I could see the class one felony.
