Okay, that's a great way to start me off there. Go for it, Jeff. Yeah, this is Jeff, AB 6MB on the San Francisco Bay. For today it was about 75 and sunny out. We've had a very nice summer this year and it has been really hot. Meanwhile, it is 77 degrees in my apartment, so I might have to turn the air on a bit before I go to bed. I haven't used the air today at all, air conditioning that is. Yeah, I just spent, what I do today here, I fed the squirrels and they were coming around as always. Rocky came to the door and stood up and this is my sliding glass door and just stood on his hind legs and looked at me and said, okay. So I went and gave him peanuts, which is what he expects. It was fun, I have the little squirrels running around here. I made a new friend today. He walks his dog by me out here on my patio and we ended up chatting. I said, you know what, he's a big baseball fan. And I said to him, I just want to throw this by you. Why don't we get together when the World Series is on, because I have a nice couch that faces a big screen TV and it would be perfect for that. He goes, you know what, we really like that. I said, yeah, you don't have to give me an answer right now. I just think about it and then we started talking and realized that to him and I have, I grew up in Seattle and he grew up in eastern Washington and my uncle had a ranch slash farm near where he grew up at. So we were talking about all these little towns that we both knew about. It was kind of interesting finding somebody there that had that kind of area and connection. It was kind of cool. What are the odds? He's a nice guy, he has a cute little dog that's 15 years old. I guess he has her, you know, she's not in great shape, but she's not bad. She's kind of in between evidently. And hopefully that poor little puppy, or I should call her a puppy, because he's about the size of a puppy. Maybe she can hang around a lot longer because she is cute as a button and they're a great pair. He wears overalls every day. I remember wearing these, the jean overalls, and I remember wearing jean overalls when I was younger all the time and I really liked them. They're just comfortable and they're good to get around in if you're going to do a lot of things. It worked out pretty good. So I better wrap it up here. I'm watching a video here on a guy that takes this boat, a canal boat, which is about 100 feet long and about 7 feet wide and they go out in all these canals in England. And it's pretty cool.
