Oh my goodness, it's so good to hear you in the morning. It's good to hear you anytime really, but... I was kind of surprised to hear you this morning. Great deal. I thought I'd better call in and see if I couldn't help Michael stretch this out until 10 o'clock. He failed, but... I'm gonna do my part. Whatever it is. Well, I got the carpet cleaners coming this afternoon, so... I gotta move a little furniture around and... get the rug vacuumed... so he can clean it. Always, always some kind of maintenance. Then I got the landscaping crew lined up for road maintenance. We'll break. And clean up and trim the road. I got a clean up and trim the road. Cut back the willows and... At the start of the road there's a lot of overhanging branches. We'll get them out of the way and... make them look pretty again. Always some place to spend the money on maintenance. But that's what it's for. Spend it. Spend it. Spend it. No sentiment. It's sitting in the bank. Let somebody else use a little bit of it. So anyway... I gotta run down to the bank and... get some business taken care of there. Make a couple of phone calls. Get my auto insurance paid and all that stuff.
