house yesterday and check everything out and make sure things were going good there and it was warm and I had a little bit of a temperature but today I don't have the temperature and it's still warm but I don't think it's infected but I'm supposed to keep a close eye on it and if I get above 100.4 and there's still heat on my leg then I'm supposed to go back to the emergency room but I don't think it's that big of a deal to do so do it. So that's it. I did it after several months of preparation and workout at the gym and I'm glad I worked out at the gym because it's really paying off now just trying to get up and down and stuff like that. I'm brute force using my arms and more than anything else to get up off onto the walker and stuff like that but yeah yeah I'm gonna have a give me about three to six weeks and I am going to be I'm gonna be back in the gym.
