You might think it's work, but the way I look at it, I'm counting people and radioing in every now and then. I enjoy, I'm a gearhead, so that gives me a chance to get some of this gear out and use it. I don't necessarily use an HT in everyday life, but hey, take a couple with me. If you don't register with one of the VE sessions, they may not show up because if a session doesn't know you're coming, then none of the sessions you may not meet. And I repeat this each week because there's those that aren't licensed, that are listed on broadcastify, that may not know what to do, or if it's been a while since you upgraded, you may forget what you needed.
