Well thank you for that Jeanette, I'm always glad to be hosting the net here being with everybody and I hope that your, your sprain there is a quick heal and yeah the boot should help it take some pressure off there and let it recover faster so I know they're a pain in the butt but especially with the heat and stuff like that not very comfortable to wear but you're mobile and that's good.
