All right there Joyce and Joe up to being busy as usual there. I'm glad to hear that your rates of surgery is going well and healing up now. I have a little, my voice is all messed up from cheering on our local Portland Pickles baseball team. We made it to the championships but we didn't win. It was good though. Very good baseball this whole summer. So looking forward only nine and a half months to next season. Got some more stuff to do until then. But baseball is over. Sailing is starting. And yeah things are starting to cool down a little bit here in the Pacific Northwest. So getting all those chores that were put off for baseball season. Getting back at those.
