Good morning there, Dana. Rosie and Joe and I are sitting out here having our coffee on the porch, as usual. And it's delightfully cool. I think it must be out in front of about 70, yeah, 78. Yeah, we'll take it. Gosh, yes. This is at low humidity, and this is more like it. But more of the triple digits are coming by late next week. It's not over yet by far. And yeah, good morning there too, Bud. And yeah, listening to you talk about that Oregon Stop Pizza place, Joe and I were just there I think once. It must be probably over 35 years ago, but we remember it well. And it was, I agree with you, it was quite a place, quite a place. And I sure hope you don't get sick, though. That's for sure. And yeah, I hope Barbara and the grandma are having a great time. I don't know if anybody's heard anything from them yet, but hopefully they stay well and not get any bugs on the ship or anything. And so anyway, yeah, Rosie and I and Joe are just going to finish our coffee here and buzz over to our next-door neighbors and have a chat out there in the pasture and get introduced to their two new pet goats, the rescue goats. And there's always this one goat, a dark gray-colored goat named Alfalfa, and he listens for Rosie's voice, and he just can't wait to see her and stands up on his hind legs and gives her a kiss over the fence. It makes blue eyes, yeah. It's quite a deal. So anyway, everybody take care and have a good weekend and blessed Sunday. And I'll turn it over to Joey real quick here, KC7 LRS.
