This is Roy. Still in Escrow for another year. It's going to be a beautiful day. No rain. Maybe a little sun will break through. And we're going to go up to the City Art Festival up there. And then Sue wants to go to the farmer's market in Lincoln City. So we've got a pretty busy day scheduled today. Yesterday we got one small Chinook. Boy, what a battle that was. He didn't want to come in. But they're just starting to come in down there. So hopefully I'll get back over and Lyle and Mitch will invite me to go fishing again. That was a lot of fun.
