calling for check-ins for the Sunday session we've started this session for a good number of weeks and we've had a few surprise net controllers come out of it and sometimes one thing that might happen is we might need to steal some of your ideas if they yive of you know we think of it as you know a good way to do a segment and of course that's what will happen I've kind of borrowed a few concepts from Kevin I was almost thinking about doing the whole question dice but I didn't number or label any of these so all that would be doing is just hearing the unnecessary work and unnecessary stress I was kind of thinking of that but I wanted to do like I've seen some people do like cut right to the chase with the question so before I do that anyone else I would like to check in
