Yes sir, so they've got these, they look like big, like crab cooking pots and they fill them with peanut oil and they've got, they actually do two turkeys because there's quite a few people that show up to this event. I don't know, Megan how many people do you think were there? 30? 30 people there maybe? And so they actually did two turkeys, he's got two setups and so you get the peanut oil really hot and then they do the wise thing of taking the pot off of the propane burner, kind of over off away, then you put the turkey in, that kind of prevents any of the oil spilling over and catching on fire and then once you got that then you bring it back over and put the turkey on, or put the pot on the propane burner. And I think it's, I want to say it's about 45 minutes to cook a turkey in there, and it was a, you know, 17 pound turkey, something like that, but it was absolutely delicious, you got to get some of the nice crispy skinned bits. So K9 BBC, back to you. Brooks, that sounds like such fun, this is for identification K7WFP, that sounds like such fun, it sounds a little terrifying though to carry this big pot of hot oil around, I'd want a Nomex suit or something like that. That's really fun, the only time I've seen that, I've never tasted it, but the fire station, the fire department on Queen Anne, I remember a few years ago, I saw them doing that out on the apron in back of the fire trucks and I figured, well that's good, they're the right people to deep fry turkey, just seems terrifying. Thank you Brooks. Megan, how did you like the turkey skin? Back to you, over to you.
