I'm doing well, thank you. I had a pretty darn good day. Finally getting over a cold that I caught last week when I was on the East Coast. Too much air conditioning blowing on me for hours and hours while I was driving in 90 degree weather. Had to have the car AC turned up max to get about 75 degrees inside. All that air blowing on me for hours was just a little too much and I caught a cold and then finally, finally after about four or five days getting over it. Wow, I had a pretty busy day. I had a friend of mine that invited me to a Red Cross picnic down at Gasworks Park. And that was fun. Met a couple of amateur radio operators at the event that were part of Red Cross. And in fact, one person I met today, a woman, an older woman, her license has expired and she wanted to renew it. So here are some suggestions on getting that to happen and probably offer some help on that. And so on and so forth. Some people that were really good to meet with at Red Cross. I want to start volunteering more myself so I might get involved in that. And actually I know Shoreline has got like an emergency communications group that I want to join up with. So this year I'm going to be doing more training and volunteering. Let's see. Oh, and then on my car, my Kia EV, Kia Niro EV, I've been meaning to put some antennas on it someplace. I was going to drill holes in the roof and I thought what else could I do, what else could I do. And I decided, I've heard some people that are using like these lip mounts that work really good that you just like put on the back of your hatch or you put on the engine hood or something. So I ordered one from Tram which looks really, really nice. Some of these antenna get-ups that you order, they've got like this really kind of stiff coax. So I knew if I got one from Tram that it would have nice flexible coax which it does. So I've got a plan for installing the main part of the radio actually in the engine compartment or what's I guess referred to as the engine compartment. There's no gasoline engine in there so it stays nice and clean. So that's going to be a bed for my radio, the main part of the station. It'll have the head, of course, somewhere around the interior, on the dash, whatever. Anyway, still working that out. At least I've got a plan for putting an antenna on. So that's kind of what's going on with me. Oh, and I'm getting ready for a trip. I'm going to be Monday morning heading off to the airport to go to South Korea for the week for some business. So busy week, getting ready for me tomorrow, etc. KI7, ZHE.
