So although this one they found out is not the biggest, it comes close though, it's not the biggest, the distinction goes to TON 618. And this one was inadvertently discovered in 1957. But it wasn't identified as a quasar until about 1970 during a radio survey from Italy. And TON 618, it has an acid of about 40 billion solar masses, so it's not too far behind us, this new one.
