Eastern Ontario, we've actually had leaves on trees beginning to change. Normally the leaves don't change over here until October. But some of the trees have been yellowing up because of the extreme drought conditions. Some places haven't seen rain for getting close to a month at this point in time now. So the soil moisture is basically down to a depth of 100 centimeters. So it's basically a yard or a meter. So the soil has dried out to a depth of 100 centimeters, which is very very dry. So it's stressing a lot of the trees out and some of them are beginning to shed their leaves as a result. So of course that just gives an indication as to how dry it is. But it's not dry everywhere, right? There's been thunderstorms and rain in some places. But again in other places you have these large dry sloths. That one was one that was very close to the City of Toronto. So people's cottages and some people are freaking out in parts of of Northumberland. Nova Scotia!
