essentially went from a on the 15th of August it was essentially it became a tropical storm at 8 a.m. and it has since gone from a tropical storm into a hurricane and into a category 5 hurricane at 11 20 this morning so basically in a little over basically in a day it went from nothing to a major hurricane we've seen hurricanes recently ramping up you'll remember was it last year Acapulco they got slammed by a very powerful hurricane that literally went from a tropical storm to a hurricane as it was making landfall and it made landfall as a cat5 so we've seen this explosive development and it seems to be occurring a little bit more frequently okay let me drop it Forecasters are watching is disturbance one this is basically a zone that is off the coast of North Carolina they're given that about a 10% chance of development between in the next two to seven days it's not great but they're keeping an eye on that because there is a bit of a depression over there and then further back there is a another area in behind air and it's favorable for development keeping an eye on that one low chance of development there but it's still they're still watching because that's a favored development zone outside of waters around North America we have a few systems on the go there's one near Micronesia that's still spinning away it's it's a weak system and then there's a 92 West which is in the Philippine Sea spinning away it's not threatening anyone and then investigation 91 which is basically off the coast of Vietnam between Da Nang and Quang Nguy so it's just spinning over there south of Hainan and that is it as far as tropical systems go so again Aaron's a big one that we're watching at this point in time let me drop it
