I was nine years old when I got into CB radio and I got my limited call which is full theory no mores when I was 19 and I got my broadcast engineering certificate when I was 20 and because I was doing that I was exempt from the theory. I didn't have to do the theory, I was at work. My boss who also happened to be a registered examiner came in and threw the regulations in front of me while I was having lunch and told me to do that and finish that and by the time I'd finished lunch and everything I got my ticket back saying I'd passed everything and take that down to the Department of Communications and get my callsign back to you.
