Well, Seattle is still pretty nice. It can be a little seedy in areas. Poor Chinatown went through a bad spell. It was a shame. They were really coming up and going, and then the COVID times and things got rough after that. And little graffitis. That's the one problem we have is graffitis just growing crazy. But otherwise, they pulled out the viaduct, Alaska Way viaduct, and now you have this big old waterfront up there. They say that tourism and foot traffic is way up over there. So I've been there a few times since they fixed it up, and it's just really wonderful down there. So yeah, we've got our ups and downs here, but I certainly love it. I think I would miss it if I moved somewhere else. And you say Santa Cruz is better than Cleveland? I don't know. I haven't been to Cleveland, so I can't say. But Santa Cruz sure is nice. I like it out there. And again, that sounds very different from when I went there. I went to school there, and the earthquake shook down so many things that they redid the road and everything. It's kind of different, but some of the old landmarks I know are still there, like Tacos Moreno. That was my favorite place to get some Mexican food. But at any rate, that's great that you're so busy. Hard to believe you got anything done when you were working. Or more like you said, hard to believe you had any time for work. I believe you. I definitely enjoy retirement myself. All right, Fred, good to hear from you. And hopefully I'll catch you more on in the future. Let me drop a sec.
