Hello, hello, good afternoon everyone. Well, I'm down here at Gasworks Park and it is an absolutely beautiful day. I see a plane taking off in the distance over here. And it's about 50% cloud cover, maybe 40%, 30%, depends on what part of the sky you're looking at. A little bit of rain we had the other night. When I came back from my trip to the East Coast, Washington, D.C., our environment, I was surprised to see that it was raining, but I think that rain was a good thing for us. I read in the Seattle Times that does not make up for the drought that we have had. So, continue conserving water I guess, but it is a beautiful day. I don't know, I guess probably about 72, 74 degrees, something like that. Just perfect. So, I came down here to, excuse me, invited to a Red Cross picnic. I'm not a member of the Red Cross, but anyway, excuse me, I'm still getting up on my cold.
