I think the blood pressure was back up to like 111 over 72 or something like that. So it was back up in the normal range again. So that's good. I was just dehydrated. So you don't realize it because you get outside and you get going and you say, well, I drank a bottle of water beforehand, but you don't realize that you sweated that out in the first 10 or 15 minutes you were out there. So you got to stay hydrated. You got to keep drinking water. Now I'm drinking a minimum of three bottles of water a day, try for four if I'm exercising. I'll do six. So keep an eye on that. Keep an eye on the blood pressure off the... Whoops, about to time out there myself. And anyway, so everything's fine. I'm fine. But I just had to make it just by not taking any blood pressure medication in the last week. It's kind of up at the high end of the normal range, but it's not getting into where I need to be.
