I think, yeah, the premier of Ontario, Doug Ford, has always been saying that he can cut hydro to some of the states. I think what's going on there is that Trump administration, they're not about to try and call his bluff. No matter what they say, they're afraid of it. They're shook. They're not going to say that, and they're not about to call his bluff on it. Because if they had the balls, like they think they have, then they would just tell them, go ahead, bring it on.
