and I decided to go to the gym. I need to start making it more, I have to make it happen more often. I just basically, I've only been going for like once a day and I've only been doing about 15 minutes of bike riding and 15 minutes of walking. So today I did 30 minutes of bike riding, 30 minutes of walking. And now I'm doing the weight lift, which I'm 17 minutes into my routine. I'm not happy where I'm at yet, guys. I'm not walking correctly still. My balance is what my problem is. It's been so long since I had proper balance and it's really hard to get it back in to step. I'll give you a situation like if I walk on my own, I have a tendency to want to fall over occasionally.
