And you keep coming back there, bud. And so we look forward to hearing from you again. And I'm really glad to hear from you on the other nets as well and other places. So, you know, it's all good. I mean, you don't have to worry because, you know, you're always welcome here. All right. So let me get this log in here real quick. Come by, folks. We'll be right with you. Okay, first of all, let me move on. We'll clear with the 1WI head and we'll pick up first we'll swing them back, beat them out to Katerina, Ohio. And we're going to pick up our net manager and one of our net or Saturday net controllers, Art, at 18-HGA. Good morning there, Dale. And this is Reforged Station Air Low Show. Everybody else on the world wide, this is the only one. Thanks for holding on to it. Art, here is sunny Springfield, Ohio. I got 77 degrees Fahrenheit and they were saying we may see a little bit of rain later on this afternoon before a cold front comes through, so there you go. Bob and Ann, we ain't doing much this morning. Just kind of sist around enjoying life, so there you go. So that was a 73 to everybody. You all had yourselves a great day. Stay warm, stay dry, stay cool. No matter where you're at in the world. And please remember always, wipe the mic before you give it back to that control. So that's it, Dale. Wiping the mic down, buddy. And it's coming your way from November 8, King of the Duke, U.S. All right, Art, thank you for coming in and being with us today. All right, now we'll swing a little saying goodbye to Art. And thank you again, Art, for what you do. And be sure, folks, to visit with Rob, Art, Joel, and Dave. They alternate every Saturday on the world wide friendship net. Of course, Art's been taking other shifts, and maybe so has Joel and Dave. But they generally are on Saturday, so stop and hang out with them. All right, we're clear with NAJHJ. And again, thank you, Art, for being here and what you do for Amazoo Radio. I'm hoping one of these days you and active eating person and going to have a cup of coffee, you know, I have to get you out here to Oregon and take you to Abby's for free coffee. I mean root beer. All right, you have a good day, Art. Up next, we have our friend, Daryl, up way up there on the rock. V01UKZ, he's already sleeping, sir. And the mic is yours, my friend. We're glad you're here. I think I want you, Dale, come on in, Art. I wanted to show there. And Robert and everybody else that's on board, this is V01UKZ. Don't worry about that, man. I don't mind waiting in line, waiting my turn. If I was pressed, I'd say short time, you know how it works. But pressed today in the process of calling various garages. And I think I've got the best price worked out on getting the quad fixed at one of them. They can't do it for like a week and a half. There's going to be another week probably by the time I get it all done. And they get everything ordered in that they need to get and whatnot. It's not a small job, essentially. Working for my uncle in the evening times to make up the difference in the cash that I didn't have to get it done up. So I appreciate everybody's thoughts, concerns, hope, everything. Just people are awesome. Generally, you know, sometimes you get people that are not. They just want to, you know, put their trouble. But for the most part, man, this is a great hobby with great people and people that understand. You know, sometimes people go through it. And, you know, we're all friends out here. That's what it is at the end of the day. We're all friends out here. I really love this hobby personally and really enjoy it. But, yeah, so that's what I've been up to this morning just calling around trying to get quotes on this particular job. And it's definitely going to cost quite a bit to get this done. But it needs to be done. The bike's not even rideable right now. So it has to be done. There's no question about it. But I was even thinking of another option, you know, possibly trade my bike and the cash that I came up with for another bike. But then I was thinking to myself, I could end up with someone else's problem, right? Like I've got now, I know what's new on there and what needs to be fixed and what doesn't and all the rest. You pick up a new one or a new used one from someone else, they could be just putting their problems off on you. So I don't really want to do that. I'd sort of just get fixed to what I've got and what I know I've got rather than taking in anybody else's question marks that could potentially need work themselves. So I won't be doing that. So I'm just going to hold out for the next few weeks until that one shop can get it done and we'll get it done and we'll all be good. Right now it's not safe to be riding quads. Let me reset. Now up here it's not safe to be riding quads, which anyway, because we've got a fire ban going and just outside the city there's a massive wildfire burn that's led to mandatory evacuations over the last couple of days of people just on the outskirts of town. So we're still watching those massive wildfires. If you want to look it up on YouTube, just check it out. News of land, East Coast wildfires, and you'll see what I'm talking about. These things are massive. Hundreds if not thousands of hectares of land are just pumping flames. So we're dealing with that here on the Rock. There's like four giant wildfires on the island right now. One of them is very close to the capital, close to the city here where I live. And the others are, one of them is just across the bay and the others I think are in central Newfoundland. So no threat to us here on the East Coast, but the ones that are a threat, they're being a big threat. So if you want more information just look up Newfoundland wildfires 125 and you'll see what I'm talking about. Thank you over to you Dale, the geometry man, all the best. And everybody have an awesome day. This is E01, you can't see anything. All right, Daryl, thank you for coming on in and being with us today. And I want to thank you for what you're doing with the Dew Drop-In. You're running a great, you're running an awesome concert, or conference there, almost said concert. Hey, where's my ticket? No, wait, wait, wait, where's my spot on the stage? I'll throw them for you if you're singing. No. Anyway, Daryl, have a good rest of your day my friend. Oh yeah, I sent you a text message one time, I don't know if you got it or not, but see if you did or not. Anyway, I'm going to move on here, but if you want to recheck at the end of that if you're still around, and let me know if you got it or not if you can. That'll be on the last call when I'll be taking rechecks. So that's when I really plan to do that. So with that, we're clear with the B012KZ and we're going to swing down here to Las Vegas, and we're going to say hello to our friend Joe, one of our Saturday Net controllers. KK7Z, KZ7YFE and the World Wide Friendship Net. The mic is yours, man. I had to find the transmit button there. Hey, Martindale, everybody on the Net, doing Las Vegas. Yeah, but not for real, I didn't sleep much last night. But feeling okay, feeling pretty good. Yeah, I just got home, didn't sleep. Didn't ride today because I rode yesterday. And we'll have just the days this Saturday and I'll have the following Saturday. Not too much to report here. It's kind of nice. It's been hot. We've been having 110s and all that. So it's been pretty hot. Supposed to cool down a little bit come Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Maybe right around 100 for a high. So we'll see. And let's see what I'll say. Quick good morning to Missy, Art, Daryl, Larry, Peter, Robert, Pappy and Bill. How about that? And you know, I don't have anything else to report there, Dale. I got no plans for today. You know, when you get retired, the days do go by so fast because you don't have anything to, any anticipation to the next day. So it's Thursday, next you know, it's next Wednesday. So there you go. Anyway, I'm here in the background. It's Joe in Las Vegas, K-70. This is repeater station Kilo Kilo 7 November Quebec November. I'm rubbing them all on that one. I know what you mean. Well, I'm not really, I can't say I'm officially retirement age but pretty doggone close. And it's even like, it's like that for folks that are disabled and unemployed. You know, it seems like the days go by fast or they can go by slow or in between, you know. Oh, yesterday was a pretty big day for me. I'll tell you what, folks. Joe, I got to say, I did probably get out of the sun a little too much but I made sure to have one of those, to get one of those day passes for the public transit and did some, took a couple of rides downtown and took care of some stuff down there and took a bus ride and took the bus ride back home and been back here at the house ever since. Got here safe and sound and in one piece and standing on my feet. It tends to end up in the middle of the street flat on my seat, as I always say. Joe, thank you for coming in. We'll catch you one of these Saturdays, I think. And yeah, I just got to get that mixed up. You know, that's why I just, when I got it on my calendar, I just called the other three as the net controllers because I know you guys are doing a great job passing it around there every week and keeping the net going for Saturday. And thank you, Joe, for what you do and hey, you keep up. I've been hearing some good stuff about some of those videos you got. Hey, keep up the good work there, too, because I know that's something I really love to do. All right, we're clear with KK7Z. Now we're going to swing back out here to Kanderang and we're going to say hello to Larry, our alternate Thursday net controller, who will be in the helm next Thursday, which will be on the 21st. Joe, KV8RE, R, KZ7Y, and V in the worldwide friendship net. Morning, Larry. Glad you're here. Well, good morning, Dale and everybody on the net. Well, like I said, we got sun shining out there right now. It's 76.8 degrees and 90 percent humidity. It went down one degree or one percent in humidity. But 90 percent anyway. That's the way it goes around here. And yesterday I did uncover what my concrete that I'd mixed and I have a couple places that are messed up that I think I can blend it in when I do the rest of the concrete work. But I've got to get my forms out first. I've got to figure out how to get those out of the concrete right now. I've got some ideas how to do that. But anyway, then I can progress on whenever the weather decides to cooperate. I don't like all that two or three inches of rain on new concrete. That's not good. And yesterday I picked a whole basket of tomatoes. I've got tomatoes running out my ears here right now. I called a bunch of people and said they'd take some. So I'm hoping to get rid of a bunch of them and give them away because I can't eat that many at one time. So anyway, not a whole lot else going on. I'm just sitting here reading the paper and listening to the net. And watching all the problems on the weather channel and just everywhere. Friends and hurricanes and oh my golly, it's just unbelievable. So anyway, I'm going to turn it back over to you so you can get through the rest of the list. Everville, have a great day. And back to you Dale. You're doing a fine job right now. Thanks Larry. However, like I said, the preamble came off on a rough start. But I want to thank you, in case you haven't FMW'd for helping me out with that one there. Folks, be sure to stop in and visit with Larry next Thursday. You'll be in the helm and ready to have a cup of coffee with you and get you on the log there and chat with you there. Larry, you're doing a fine job with the net as well. Keep up the good work there. Our weather out here has been something else. We've had fairly low humidity but some high temperatures. Today is all cloudy and overcast. I'm hoping it will be a little cooler. Larry, have a good rest of your day sir. Keep on keeping on there. We're clear with K-8 RER and now we're going to swing out here to an undisclosed location. Say hello to our Ultimate Wind Unit Controller, Mr. Robert Pule. Robert to Romeo, Quebec, Quebec. This is KC-7 YFE and the World Wide Fair ship hatch. The mic is yours. And there's an old cannon, hopefully Kathy's well too. Well thank you for that Dale. Yes, she's getting better over time. And better than me and better than I deserve, that's for sure. And yeah, I must concur with Larry. There's been a lot of weather out there. I remember back yesterday I was telling Kathy that I'm going to go outside and shed and drop some plans for an ark. The only problem is I can't figure out how to get all those animals in there. I really explore myself. I'm the only one that laughs at me. Especially when I look in the mirror. Anyway, on the good side of things, really good side of things, I figured out how to get my licensing to do this. Oh man, it was such a pain in the neck. I learned a very valuable lesson in that. You have to sit there and even though the CORE's website is very clunky and very difficult to work with, I'll have to sit there and have a little patience. And the night before, I tell you what, I was on it for an hour and a half. I was about to slam my computer against the wall. But yep, I sat down last night and I took it step by step. And lo and behold, they took my $35, didn't even send me a thank you note or an email. So I hope I'm renewed, but I don't know. Anyway, you're doing a great job. A yeoman's job, Mr. Chicken Tender. You have a wonderful day and hello to everyone on the friendship net. All my friends, family and loved ones. You take care out there from kilo, bravo to rego. Clip that clip back. Alright, well thank you Robert. We look forward to chatting with you next Wednesday right here on the World Wide Friendship Net. And well, you're having a reasonably good day there and everything seems to be going well there for you. And Kathy's doing well on the end. We'll have to hear that and give her a big hug from us. And it did in about 30 years, a little scratch on the ears and a dog couldn't eat from all of us. You don't want to forget him. He just might bite you in the ankles. Alright, have a good day. Thanks for coming in and we're glad we could correspond back and forth by Jack's door call. We were here a while back when they were down and out, or what they call it, down, not feeling well and all that. Going through procedures and stuff. We're glad you're with us here today. Alright, well, of course, KB2RQQ. And we're just going out here to Aberdeen, Washington. The home of the late Kurt Cobain. And we're going to say hello to our friend Pappy. And K7RHD, KC7YFE of the World Wide Friendship Net. Hey, Robert, come here. Pappy, we're glad you're here. Well, that makes two of us. I'm glad I'm here too. I wouldn't have should have known because Robert stepped on me a little bit. I think he still had his house shoes on or something because it didn't hurt too bad. But anyway, I got back from all the different appointments. They've got to get all the doctors in to talk to each other to make sure everything's closer. Got a procedure coming up that's got to be taken care of in the near future. But all the doctors got to talk to each other to make sure everything's closer. So, I got a good note from them anyway. So that's a good thing. And then this weekend I think it is, yeah. They're supposed to have a little car show over walking distance from the house. So I may have to walk a little with the camera and take some pictures. Some of the cars feel a little, I think it starts about 10 in the morning and then you know with two or three or something. Yeah, I don't know. I guess hand out the awards that you'll acquire. I think it's set in a little senior newspaper that's distributed in the area. So, we'll go. Something to do anyway. They're just sitting around the house twiddling our thumbs and we're trying to figure out other things. Seeing if what I can do on the HF fans, I try to get into the noontime yet. You know, when I remember. And I've been getting into it even though it's just a G5 and RV, YA, antennae, it seems to work. I'll have a heck of a time hearing them sometimes. And it takes a little bit but we eventually make it. So, other than that I haven't got a heck of a lot. So I'm going to reach over into the little thingy and the jigger container and grab one of them boys. You know Dale, you don't have the micro-band ones that you turn the on to so we don't get everybody with the overspray. So we're just going to hold the mic down here real quick. There. Now the mic's 99.9% turn free for the next 24. Have a good one and seven RSV back to net. All right. Well, Kathy, they're going to be able to stay. And always, yeah, we always love it when we have our friends and people that we have, our common people here with us. And even the ones that are new and all that. So, with that, you have a good day, Ben. Kathy, and keep on coming back. All right, we're going to clear with N7 RSV. Now we're going to go way back up here to Alberton, or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. And we're going to say hello to our friend Bill. He is a GRZ as well as his new band, the Bill Collectors. Hi, hi. Over to you, Bill. Hi, I'm Casey. I'm a new boy on KZ. Yeah, lots of bands are going on between me and Robert and Nick. No, Nick. Happy. Happy Yookum up there up here. Alma. Hey, no, that's not the name of the band. No, they had a second audition last night and I have to contact Anna and find out if they have any more. And who they decided to go with. I'll do that. That's a good name for a band. I like that. The Bill Collectors. Well, the thing is we need another guy named Bill in the band, but that was just great to have him. It's weather right now here in Edmonton. It's a 10-cell CS high of 80. And that's 60 and 65. It makes a sunny cloud. And, oh yeah, he's in Aberdeen. That's right. Aberdeen, Washington. Never been to Aberdeen. Oh yeah, that's the, that one, yeah, that one. Well, I didn't know that. Anyway, what else? Oh, talking about call signs and getting our license. We don't have to worry about that, but yeah, I was explaining there in the text box. Oh, if anybody is talking today to Alpha Bravo 7 Delta Whiskey, I don't know that his Facebook account got hacked again. I got a message on Messenger from him. And I know it's not him because they didn't put a picture on his profile. Whereas I usually have his picture on a profile. So, anyway, he's got to change his password and let everybody know that somebody's impersonating him. Nasty people. Okay. Anyway, thanks to you for everything you do. There we go. And let's keep this net going, folks. 73L, K27L, and PCA6G are off.
