A lot of people don't like it. They gotta grow up. I don't know. Whatever. It's just my opinion, you know. I have an issue with women operators here in Canada on the East Coast. Nice and it turned out it started out a little slower than I thought. And for women, I like their opinion because a lot of times I get some things I need to hear so I don't go too far. My objective in the morning and why I come back is because the times are perfect for me. I can have this period filled up. And I don't know whether it would take the place of it right now because I'm just coming here before my day starts. And it gets going and I get real busy. That's why, you know, often see me stay here afterwards to go on to the net that comes on right after this. So, if I start going off too far, then the reason why I just want to be here, if the woman brings that to my attention, it's probably for a good reason. So I listen and I will think about it that, well, maybe I just went a little too far. I'm always learning. I never will believe that I know everything. There's always room for improvement, even when I'm good, because you don't have to be sick to get better. And I always keep that in mind also. There's always a better way to do things, even after the biggest success. If you don't believe that, then you can't get any better. All right, I'm done for today here. Guys, give it a GD rest with all the GD controversy. For God's sake, be decent people to each other. I mean, comments in the text box, over the air, directed towards individuals, directed towards another sex. Understand, yes, some people are sensitive. That's part of their personality. Some people don't like particular comments being directed toward them. That's fine too. We're all people out here, we're all out here to enjoy this hobby, right? I wouldn't want to participate in a hobby either if someone was berating me. But, I'm not going to kick up a huge stink over it, I'm just going to not participate, right? And if I don't participate, then fine, that's my choice. But, you know, everybody else that seems to jump on the train, you know, if it doesn't affect you, mind your own damn business. That's the only way I can put it. Boys, like, for real, we're all adults here. If one person is upset about something, understand, you know, we're all friends, yes. But, myself or Bill have never held hands and tried to tiptoe around people's emotions and stuff like that, okay? I understand that's like the new woke way of doing things. Everybody, one person gets upset, everybody's upset. But that shouldn't be how it is. People are bound to bump heads, people are bound to crash, have differences in opinions. Some people are bound and not like other people. It's just a part of life, right? But, when it comes to banning people on this system, we do that all willy-nilly. The last person we banned was like five years ago. Four or five years ago, okay? Banning the ban button, the hammer, that's not something we use very, very much out here. Let me reset. So, as far as sending me messages saying this one should be banned because they did this or this one should be banned because they did that, as long as you're not coming out here on the air saying the F word, the C word, or any other real disgusting swear words that are just not tolerated on ham radio, you're probably not going to get banned. However, if I notice someone that's being unfair to someone else, you know, it could end with a suspension, it could end with a talking to about it, it could end with no consequences at all, depending on whether you want to be hurtful to an individual or whatever. Like, this is not easy. I mean, systems that you're used to just entail, making sure the system stays up, making sure links stay active, nets happen when they're supposed to, and that's all stuff that I do around here, right? You listen to the nets and stuff, fine. All that stuff has to be linked up, disconnected, run on a schedule, you know, all that kind of stuff. That's what I do around here. My job is not to protect everybody and make sure nobody gets upset about anything because that's impossible. I couldn't do that. It's a fair ask. And the fact that I'm not going to go after every single person for every little thing that they say, every little disrespectful comment, that's not my job, okay? Deal with your beefs with each other off the air. I don't care if there's a couple people out here that absolutely hate each other. The majority of us are friends out here, right? So come hang out with your friends. Hang out with the people that enjoy your company. The ones that have got negative crap to say, tell them to shut up. Tell them to quit being an ass, you know, and continue on about your day, continue on enjoying your hobby. You know, don't let anyone else's opinion, comments, or lack of human decency, in some cases, get you down. Just don't let it, you know? I know that's difficult sometimes, but just try not to let other people's opinions bother you, is what I'm trying to say, I guess. Because I've dealt with so many messages in the last weeks that were pertaining to someone upsetting someone else, it's just getting to be frustrating. I try to be friends out here, let me reset one more time. I try to stay friends out here with all you guys, everybody. Whether you guys get internal beefs worked up between each other or what, I'm still friends with all parties involved, right? And I try to remain with neutral attitude when it comes to stuff. But then, I'm accused of, oh, you're not doing anything about it, you're not doing anything. It's not my job to police people's feelings. It's not. It's my job to make sure the system runs smooth. And Bill, he wants to hear this crap even less than I do, trust me. He put me in charge of running the system, he's a busy dude, right? He pays the bills on all of this, yes, but he doesn't need to complain to comments every time someone gets their niggas in a twist over something. That's my job. And then if it needs to be escalated to Bill for a vote or a decision or anything, then I do that. That's supposed to be the way it's supposed to work. Stop bringing Bill into every little comment and issue that you guys have got. He's got a full-time job, he's training students. When he's not driving himself, just let me try to deal with the crap. Because I'm the type of person to just tell you, quit crying over nothing. You know, feelings are just that. They're feelings. Get out of here, enjoy your hobby, despite the people who've got issues with you. Make them leave. If they've got issues with the way things are going, make them leave. Don't you leave. Don't walk away from a hobby you enjoy because someone upset you. Make them leave with your responses. Make your responses harsh enough to make those people realize what they did was wrong. Don't just take it on the chin. Just let me tell you, if someone pissed me off, I wouldn't take it on the chin. I'd fire back. And quite frankly, that makes for a more interesting outcome than someone just getting upset about stuff. So, just try and be friends, guys. Try to be respectful. I think you just tried to rile people up this morning, to be honest with you. I don't think that you really feel that way, man. I've never heard you be disrespectful to women, but as I'm concerned, you like women. Especially the Filipino ones. But, I think you just made that comment because you knew it would rile people up. You've got a habit of that. I'll be straight with you, dude. You've got a habit of it. You know, be controversial for the sake of being controversial. I know. But some things just could go better without being said at all. Alright, Tim. Yeah, sorry. I didn't mean to make that comment. I just kept it to myself. I mean, if you've got something in your head that you know is just going to piss people off for the sake of... Just keep it to yourself. You know, the world's not going to explode or anything like that. And quite frankly, I love having women in this hobby. I really do. I love having everybody in this hobby. The bigger the group, the more comments we get, the more different takes we get on particular subjects. You know, I mean, we've got to just try to all be decent to each other. Even if you don't like people. Kill them with kindness. Kill them with kindness. Be nice. Be so nice to them that it turns their stomach. And that's the way to handle somebody that upsets you. Not believing or getting upset or blocking people or text messaging everybody. No. Just make those people more pissed off because your comments, because your negativity or their negativity didn't affect you in the first place. Anybody else got any final comments?
