I'm just here asking you to leave. Hey, this is K and 4 LBF. This is Dee. I woke up this morning and I gave thanks to being able to wake up. And I know I got a little emotional yesterday and you men were like, man, she needs to be in the kitchen. Well, I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I do more than cook. I do a lot for my community. Okay? And I hope you feel that way about your mother that gave birth to you. You want her in the kitchen all day and that's what you want. The love you have for your mother. That's amazing. A real amazing thing. Because women go into the military, give their lives for this country. Their doctors and their lawyers. Where will we be if we were in the kitchen? And yes, I was emotional because it touched my soul. Maybe you guys don't know about that, but I do. So I express myself and my opinion at the moment. Just like you guys do. But if you want to vote me out, you can go tell Bill, the one who owns the Mets, or Isaac Russell. You can charge him right to the hotel. We don't want him being on our line anymore. You can go tell me about your comeback. But I think that would be not what they want. They want diversity. They want to hear everybody's opinion, regardless if you're a woman, man, or child. There's young people in here too. But you know what? I'm going to tell you something else. The old age line of all men. Guess what happened to them? You'll hear about them now because they were all men. You knew the woman in your life. Alright, back to you Russell. This is K.N. Pardoe D. and this is T. Damn right T. You tell them too. That's what we need more of out here. Is when someone says something derogatory or supportive or that is not liked out here. Stand up and shout it from the rooftops. What you're saying is BS. Does anybody that claims we don't need women in this hobby or any of that garbage. That's just what it is. It's garbage. Absolute garbage. I just ask anybody out here. Sorry for interrupting Russell, but I just ask anybody out here. Lately, people's feelings are getting in the way of this hobby. I think that's disgusting. Nobody should be derogatory. Anybody. Sex. Their hobbies, their interests, or any of that stuff. And when it comes to saying that there shouldn't be women in this hobby. That's garbage. Absolute garbage. I'm not going to put up with it. I'm the system manager of EO in the UK. Bill owns the whole conference. The whole job is Bill's. And I run it. So if you ever get any crap like that from anybody, let me know. My phone number is Common Knowledge. If you ever want to write it down, shoot me a text message. It's an American number even though I'm in Canada. Feel free. And I don't mind repeating my phone number if anybody is interested in that. So that's what it's there for. That's what I'm there for. Is to deal with crap and try to nip it in the butt. But at the same time, you've got to be willing to stand up and say, Listen, what you said, bud, is a load of BS. And I can't be police. Never thinking everybody's feelings. I can't be police and everybody's feelings because that's not what I do. But if anybody is being derogatory, yeah, we don't put up with that crap. And the incident that y'all have gotten so hot under the collar about recently, people saying, Oh, they're leaving the net for this and that reason. Quit your crying, boys. Just quit your crying. We've been dealing with it internally and we've come to a decision internally. System business is not for everybody on the net to know, to find out about. We're not going to talk about every little decision we make in the background publicly. That's not how this works. This is a system here that's put here for everybody to use. It's put here for everybody to use for free. Nobody has any costs associated with it or anything like that. It's put here for free for people to use. And just treat the system with respect. Treat the people that use it with respect. Because in the future, we're not going to be putting up with crap. People being derogatory, insulting, or anything like that to other people. The previous situation that got y'all so hot under the collar has been dealt with. Okay? That part of things has been dealt with. So I don't want no more text messages from people saying, Oh, I'm boycotting the net for this and that reason. Fine. If you don't want to join the net, don't. Okay? It's not going to keep everybody up at night because someone decided to leave the net. It's not. Your presence will be missed. We're all friends out here. But we're not out here to hold everybody's hand and make sure that nobody has a tear to shed. Or, you know, that's not it. We're here to make sure nobody abuses the airwaves, which is abuse, being disrespectful, that type of stuff we can handle. People having hurt feelings, we can't really handle that.
