Quick question with that low C-mail so that there, Michelle, can you go and restart your computer and retrieve the different earlier dates? See if you can get back those contacts. That's how I ended up resetting everything and lost it all. You can deal with Joyce's laptop or old laptop. I don't know if you can still go in and try to do it again and see what happens but nothing ventured, nothing gained I guess. That's how everything went sideways to begin with, just trying to get everything reset. I think that's what happened to me one time and I went in.
