but just kind of curious about the house inspection. We had thought about that. What was interesting was the house inspection we had done, identified some things we didn't know about. So I have since fixed all of those things, and I just wanted to basically close the loop on that and make sure that the house had a clean bill of health and that's kind of what it's all about right now. I have no intent to sell here in the near future, but yeah, that's kind of what it was. Just wanted to make sure that everything was in its place and everything was in good shape. So I think we ought to be good to go. Anyway, back to you, Jack, in 7-0. All right, well that's a dandy idea. Yes, it's always good to know how your house is doing, especially if you did get a inspection prior to purchasing it. So that's great. All right, well let us know how things go.
