vegetables very much. But I realized, well, I don't like the vegetables here but either. And it all had to do with how we prepare our parents and grandparents and generations before boiled everything, which I guess made a lot of sense, you know, in like 19th century, wasn't it? It was a lot harder to roast things. But now I have a roommate who roasts vegetables and they're wonderful. Now I think, boy, you know, I'd like to try some of those things that I wasn't that fond of like black IDs and a few other vegetables to post eat. You know, I wonder if I would try those prepared by a more modern chef who roasts some of the stuff. I'm going to have to go do that again sometime. That's all there is to it. You know, probably a whole new world there. What do you think about that? Like you? Yeah, I don't know. Like the black, yeah, well, the black IP was a really good feeling restaurant.
